Can external signers sign without an account?
Yes. External signers receive a signing link via email — no registration required.
How are signed documents stored?
Signed documents are automatically stored in your actaSIGN portfolios and can be accessed anytime until the end of the chosen retention period (default: 90 days).
Is actaSIGN GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data is stored exclusively in Switzerland. actaSIGN is compliant with revDSG and GDPR.
Which signature levels are supported?
